Can an auto shop drill new holes... Maybe 114.3 into a 4x100 rim? If so how much? I searched before posting...
I dont think it can be done,atleast not safely

No, but 200$ for Rims and tires was an awesome deal. But 4x100 of course.

A machine shop with a large Milling machine could do the job. But i don't think it would be cheap.

it would be costly and probably degrade the integridy of the metal, possibly causing a safety issue. You wouldn't want to be rolling down the highway and see the outside of your rim rolling away from you.
