We ordered pizza one night. We usually got 2 pizzas, one each that we liked. I ate what I could of mine and wrapped up the rest of it and put it in the fridge. She likes hers room temp the next day, so she left it out. For four weeks. It became like a pet to me, I'd feed it purina pizza chow, and I think it would crawl into bed with me after I went to sleep, but ran back to the counter when I woke up. It was a little shy. She must have felt the pizza was lonely, because in about the third week, she left out a salad beside it. Sadly, it did not live as long as the pizza. I came home after four days and it had killed itself, it threw itself off the cabinet and into the garbage. It could not stand living next to the Pizza. I still think about that salad now and again, and get all choaked up.
