I haven't been able to "really' drive my car since June of last year! I do drive it around the neighborhood just to keep it in check. I ended up using the insurance money for down payment on a house. Now it just sits.....and sits.....and sits. I ended up taking the audio out to put into my daily driver (99 Sentra GXE), great mileage btw. I guess the only good thing is that I have a garage I can store it in. Going from a 2.0 to a 1.6 really sucks! Maybe karma will bring some good my way soon. Damn this is depressing. :( One can only hope.

That sucks Tricked. I understand not modding because of more important things, trust me. The time will come when you can mod it again. If not, you could drive my car, but it's not nearly as nice.

At least yours is being fixed. Mine is still in pieces.....primered hood, no bumper, damaged fender, lights and grill.
Anyways, I've been without Tibby seats for almost 2 years now.

If it makes you feel any better, we can take off the body kit and put it on my silver xd...

The front is already off.....needs paint, though. the sides are going to be a ***** since I used 3M double sided tape to help attach them, thus another reason taking the fender off will be a pain in the ***. How about just sending me money so I can get the car back on the road....maybe even a little extra for some new audio. ;)

did u have a shop put ure kit on? the side skirts look awesome. mine are alright but i want them perfect. i too am in the same position as you with the front bumper, bottomed out hardcore. not in as many pieces as yours but bad none the less. figures i finally finish the kit and a week later i destroy the front. sry didn't mean to thread jack. it will all come together soon for you though.

The only thing the shop did was paint. I did the fitment/molding of all the pieces......and let me tell you, it was a *****! This is another reason why I'm taking my time. I want to get Skyline fogs to mold into the front. Again, a lot of work since they will be different sizes. Last bumper I just closed off those upper holes.

I really understand how you feel, but in my case my daily driving is a big 2004 montero, comfortable but gas mileage suck. I do the same with mine ( drive around the neighborhood to keep it check). I miss my XD! :( Its going to be on the paint shop for about a month. I need to reflash the ecu as well and install the walbro 255 because of the turbo. They will change the color from light green to this one'" Lamborghini paint codes for the Murcielago/ Orange metallic Arancio Atlas Mic 2CT *0058. This will be my nice ricer ride hehe :D .
By the way you were very wise deciding for the house instead of the fix. Sheers on that!

The house is definitely more important. Being married with two kids and living at my parent's house just won't cut it. Not to mention the *****ing I'd hear about tying up my parent's garage......now it's MY garage (wife let me have it)! ha
