Installed an OEM strut bar for super-duper ultra handling. $65 shipped from Kspec... got it in about 3 DAYS!

Installed an OBX underdrive crank pulley for a MASSIVE torque boost (it's like having a turbo!) Got it off Ebay for around $70.

Installed blue LED city lights for that "oh crap, he must be modded" look. $6 from Pep-Boys (yeah that's a really crappy picture, but you get the idea)

I havn't had time to really test drive cause it started raining the second I finished. I did take it around the block once to make sure everything was working and I definantly felt a differance. As for the install time for the pulley, about an hour, that's with a jack and jack-stands too. Woulda prolly taken half that if I was on my lift. EVAN938: the only tip I can think of is have your impact gun ready to take the bolt off and make sure you torque that bolt back down to 125-133 ft. lbs. when you are done. BLASTATION: I live in Arcadia, deep in the san gabriel valley.

cool. i was actually going to call the dealership today for the torque value for that bolt. i know my impact gun wont go past like 60 ft/lbs though...small *** tank. looks like ill bust out the torque wrench. any tips on keeping the pulley in place while taking the nut off? heard it likes to spin if you dont have something keeping it in place

If you use an impact gun, you won't need to worry about taking it off as the gun has little to no rotational force... at least not enough to turn your engine over via the crank bolt. To torque it down though, I had to put my wheel back on and lower the car to the ground then get the torque wrench up there blind and crank away. with the wheels on the ground and chocked, car in gear, the crank won't turn over while tightening it. This is a VERY easy mod better left for a warm summer sunday and a 24oz. Budweiser... not a cold, rainy winter day with coffee like I just went through.

well i put a post up over on NT to see if anyone could give me a hand. from what ive read/heard it doesnt seem hard at all, but i have never messed with belts on any vehicle (this is the first car ive really worked on) so im not familiar with the system and how stuff like the tensioners work. luckily ive got a nice 2 car garage that should be almost empty after i clean it out this weekend so working on it wont be too bad
and trust me when i say that my air gun will not get it off. if its torqued down to 130+ ft/lb...no way. my air gun wont even break my lug nuts loose. i may go to a friends place who has a nice size air compressor and do it there

A) I don't have cruise control to re-locate
B) The bar isn't on their page... email them
C) I can't remember the name brand of the bulbs, but there were about 4 diff companies that made LED wedge style bulbs that fit the 194 plug.

Well, someone beat me to the punch about your OEM Strut Bar.
I've asked KDMGuy, about a month ago, to see if he could locate me one, and unfortunately, I haven't heard back from him.
So, just email kSpec and they should be able to hook me up right?
Looks great on your car, and I really like the multiple connection points, definitely making it look like it would be stiffer than any of the others I have seen.
Let us know how your car behaves HP-wise after the streets have dried.
