I got Blazer UltraWhite UW3675 Fog Lights from AutoZone for $35.95 They are similar to these (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=37536) from Harbor Freight which are $39.99 + S&H. They are 2" projector fog lights. They have a blue tint in daylight.

At night, they "look" white from most angles, but cast a yellow light pattern.

They have attach points on each side, and I made simple L-shaped brackets out of 1/8" x 3/4" aluminum (from Home Depot, less than $4), and used the two little nuts used to attach the fog light blank to mount them to the two studs at each hole.
I also hooked up the rear fogs (which are on the hatch only, but not hooked up). The car looks like this with just the marker lights on:

And like this when the rear fogs are on:

I put two rocker switches in to control them semi-independently (if the front fogs are on, the rear fogs can be turned on or off). You can see the switches on the left side of this pic, next to the panel lights dimmer. Note also that the fog light indicator at the top center of the instrument cluster lights up. Also, when I shut off the car, the fogs go off automatically with the rest of the lights. This was surprisingly easy; all I had to do was add to pins to connector EM02 under the instrument panel, forward of the fuse box and easily accessible. Pin 2 is the supply for the OEM fog lights and comes on with the marker lights, and Pin 4 is for the indicator light which has its own ground. The fogs can be turned on whenever the marker lights are on (low beams are not required as is the case with the OEM fog circuit).

And here's a closeup of the switches. http://www.dfwhyundais.com/diy/Images/Switches.jpg
I'm working on a DIY but it might take a while yet before I can get it up.
