Hey guys, i searched and couldnt find this question being covered. Right now im dropped on springtechs so its at least a 2"++ drop. I occasionally scrape my tow hooks but ive never scrapped my actual stock bumper. I was wondering if anyone know how much lower like a r34 body kit would be then our stock bumpers?

I dont think so... if it was lower... it would be wrecked already... remeber this kit lowers the body about 4 inches... so the clearence is taken away a bit from stock

I scrubbed mine like 5 times the first weeks I had the kit on it... got it fixed when I had the car repainted... already scrubbed it once again. It sticks out so much further in front.. even though it's not 'that' low, it still scrubs. It does lower it quite a bit too. I have to take every driveway, turn into a parking lot, etc at extreme angles.
And my car hasn't been lowered at all, just the bodykit.

damn. it really lowers 4"?? so for us peeps that have our cars pretty much slammed, there really is no option for any kind of kits?

bottom of headlight to the bottom of the bumper is exactly 17 inches on my kit.

i have the R34 and B&G's....for most driveways and things i have to be almost completely sideways, my front bumper is somewhere near 3 3/4"

I have an R-34 front and and Evo rear with R-34 side skirts.
Both my front bumper and rear bumper scrape often and my wheels/suspension are stock so I can't imagine how much worse it would be if it was lowered  !
I was thinking of getting pneumatics or something eventually so that I could raise it up to go over speed bumps and curbs then lower it once I was over it.

wow. if the bumper is 17" from the bottom of headlights to the bottom of bumper, that means I would have 4.5" of clearance with a kit as opposed to the 7" i have stock.... cmon guys that are lowered, what are our options here?
