I'm looking into buying a new set of wheels and tires but there a lot of wheel brands out there. Which are the good name brand wheels?
NEX-O
Konig
Enkei
Exel
Motegi
B.S.A.
American Racing
5zigen
ADR
Axis
Tenzo
If there are other name brand wheels that I missed which are better and won't break the bank let me know (The wheels I'm thinking about buying are 17"s and cost $556 for a set + $340 for tires and all mounted, balanced and shipped for around $900).
Also if you know of any really bad wheel brands that I should stay clear of warn me.

Of the list of manufacturers you provided, I would say Enkei is probably the best manufacturer.

Center Line's are nicely priced for lightweight forged aluminum wheels

From what I have seen, I think Konig has the nicest looking rims out of all of those brands. As fars as strength quality, I don't know. But I am just voting on looks!

Pepboys used to sell Konig and they currently sell Motegi. I am sure they have a huge wheel catalog and most of the brands listed in this thread are probably available to by from them. Sorry, but that is just a stupid comment! Hell, I work at Strauss and through our catalog, we offer the TIS (Twenty Inches Strong) rims with the size on the center caps that are so popular in the luxry world, as well as Motegi, Konig, and a ****load of other brands!
