tail light tint film

I bought this tail light tint film for 01~03 but it doesn't fit that well. It gets all wrinkly because it's kind a roundy. I asked them what I should do and they told me to stratch it out a little but didn't work. Anybody has an idea?

I never heard of this stuff.. Can you post a picture?

dude, if it is a film treat it like tint...clean the ares it goes on really well then use soapy water all over the tail-light, place the **** onthere and squeege the bubbles out.
