how much does a tire come with?? 10/32?

how much is 7/32? and whats considered legal for inspection?

will 7/32 get me far? (i guess it depends on driving style and tire type/brand...but in general is this enough?)

Tread depth depends on the build of the tire, I'm 90% sure of that.

My stock Michelins measured 7/32 with 11000kms use and that was plenty to pass inspection. Lots left. :)

take a penny, flip it upside down. if your tire tread is lower than the top of his hair, you probably wont pass.

It varies, but 10/32" is pretty common.

Yep, to expand on that...
According to most states' laws, tires are legally worn out when they have worn down to 2/32" of remaining tread depth.
