Rims are on! (sort of)

Ok, story. The rims were shipped in 2 seperate boxes. They left the same ups store in IL the same day same time on the same truck. the boxes got seperated and ended up getting delivered to me on seperate trucks. I got the first box at around 2pm. The second box never showed up, and it was rescheduled for tomorrow. When the box reappears at the warehouse a few towns over (still on the other truck driving around some where), I will be calling UPS to let them know I will be coming over to pick it up myself....! (lazy bastards)

But yeah ANYWAY, these rims are hot. They are actually a bronze-ish-green-ish color with a polished bronze lip and I weighed them on my bathroom scale and they came in at 36 pounds.....!
They came with 205/40R17s....which is why they look so small in the fender.....Falken Zeix ZE512s and the tires are so close to new that you can see where the sticker on the treads used to be...!

Looks real good man, I would have gotten a 45 series tire.. Also IMO I think the car would look better with the mud flaps off.

Need a pic of them in the sun - the shaded side of the car with the rims on it is preventing us from REALLY seeing the color. From the looks of it, it's gonna be sweet.

BTW, did you know that your left and right sides of the car don't have the same wheels on them? jfwy.

See, when I put the first 2 on, i Didn't know the other 2 would have been reschedualed for tomorrow. And on top of that, the UPS truck went back to the parsippany office...where i was going to pick it up. but ANOTHER TRUCK PICKED IT UP AND IS BRINGING IT TO ANOTHER OFFICE WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I have to wait for the package to get to the OTHER office for me to go pick it up tonight.

Nice rims. At least you don't have to deal with DHL receiving stuff from Korea. My stuff got stuck in LA for a week before they decided to ship it. Nobody knows why... but in the ad, the MI3 movie reels get to like Swaziland overnight. Fed-Ex is the only (expensive) way to go.
