Sh!t. The Red Wings really choked in the third period. Oh well, one of my teams is out. That means I'm 100% behind the Sabres now.

LET'S GO, BUFFALO!

OILERS are just greasy....

WINGS rise above!!!

Twas a good series though...

However, until next year.

Heres for the WINGS to bring the CUP back to the TRUE home in 07'

Until then, Oilers fans, Habs fans and the others that are left...and whatever else is out there...enjoy the rest of NHL playoffs!

Our Wings will see you next year...or at the very least...spoil your chance to even make the playoffs.

Little David was in his 5th grade class when the teacher asked the children what their fathers did for a living.

All the typical answers came up -- fireman, policeman, salesman, etc.

David was being uncharacteristically quiet and so the teacher asked him about his father.

"My father's an exotic dancer in a gay bar and takes off all his clothes in front of other men. Sometimes, if the offer's really good, he'll go out to the alley with some guy and make love with him for money."

The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set the other children to work on some coloring, and took little David aside to ask him, "Is that really true about your father?"

"No," said David, "He plays for the Vancouver Canucks, but I was too embarrassed to say that in front of the other kids."

Well, I guess my Red Wings are out. Good thing I love the Sabres too. I was on the road and I missed the game, but in Game 1 of the conference semis, Buffalo scored a shorthanded goal with 1:37 left to tie it, Ottawa scored a powerplay goal to go ahed, then Buffalo scored another goal with 10 seconds left to tie it again! 18 seconds into overtime, Buffalo put Ottawa away. So much for Game 1. Good luck to the Sabres in Game 2; I hope they go all the way and beat the best the West can offer in the finals!
