View Full Version : Anybody ever order anything from K-Spec.com?

Anyone know if they do good business or not? They are pissing me the hell off. I ordered my clear front side markers about 2 weeks ago. When I paid, I never got an e-mail confirmation that my order was being processed. A few days go by and I still don't get a shipment confirmation. A week goes by and I look at my bank statment, and the $19 was charged on April 25th. So I sent them an e-mail that same day asking if anything was being processed. Another week has gone by and I still haven't heard from them or recieved my ****! So does anyone have good history with them? I thought I read on here not to order from Shark Racing, but that Kspec was good. :mad:

I've ordered a couple things from them, and never had any problems with them. Sorry to hear that your are, hopefully it gets figured out. :redface:

Same here; ordered door handles from them awhile back and everything went smoothly. Hopefully it turns out the same way for you.

Wow man im surprised at them.. I have never had a issue with them and they are known to ship FAST. I just ordered my KDM projection fogs from them last night and the confirmation email was sent in about an hour.

Everytime I ordered something I never got an email, no tracking number, so don't worry, it should be here within a week.

i never had a problem with them either. they ship fast considering its in Korea.

Yeah, I'd say people have ordered from them. I don't think I've read more than 5 complaints ever. Also, I too don't remember getting any emails or confirmations, don't worry, it's coming.

I got my body kit from there within a month, and as far as I know many members here have always been pleased with their service. Did you try posting on their boards about your issue? Or emailing David directly (address is on their site) - used to be a member here too but I don't think he frequents here often anymore. I know the site is monitored by the admins closely. I wouldn't sweat it but try to post on their order board to see what's up before you start to worry even more.

What I don't get is how they can afford to sell/ship a pair of those markers from Korea to the US for only $19. How can they be making any profit off of that? They must cost less than a dollar to make. :confused:

I've ordered my OEM Fogs and clear side markers from kspec. Both items came within 9 days and i received emails right away with conformation #. :)

From everything I heard from "sources" is that OEM parts over there are VERY cheap.

they make up for it from guys like me.......who ordered them......and another $300 worth of stuff too.
