2000 Elantra Wagon
I was wondering what you guys think of this car, I'm not looking to race but I found one for a good buy and was wondering what you think about it. I think its an ok car, is it a car that I can mod to look sweet or is it is what it is.....

edit* also i noticed that when the door is left opened it plays this really girly bell chime, any way of cutting the sound out, id rather not have a warning than have that.....

There is a way of cutting the sound out, and there is a post dealing with it somewhere on here, search for "disconnecting the chime"

Its a decent car as Elantras go, and perhaps even better for an on the go college lifestyle or one that requires frequent cargo space. Appearancewise, there's not much you can do, IMO, other than slap on some alloy rims, nightshade on the taillights maybe.

However, it would make one heck of a sleeper, especially if you supercharged/turbocharged it.

And if you are a ghostbusters fan you have a perfect vehicle to convert to an ectomobile come halloween.

Honestly I don't like the look. But I imagine there is a lot of space. I'd try to get one with low miles, but make sure the timing belt has been changed.

i got a wagon its a good car dose not look that great but i mean it is a hell of a sleeper
