Flip trunk lid

Has anyone did the flip trunk lid kit on their 01-06 GLS? Looks like a pretty simple install to me and since I do lots of vertical doors at my job i am sure the trunk will be real easy. I saw the kit on Ebay and just wonder if it fits or if it would needs lots of modification to work right.
