It'd be an aesome place to live...think of the garage you could have...and the guests you could house...and the parties you could have...and the space to spread out as well...
I sent this link to my friend's Dad (total "old-white-guy-militia" survivalist nut-job "the government is out to get us" guy) and he's contacting the seller so he and his militia buddies can go secede from America. Great, now Bill's never gonna talk to me again because his dad and nut-job buddies are gonna declare war on the USA and it's all my fault...

Gotta love this comment:
Q: Hi! My ex-wife has a really bad temper which, when she gets going, is equivalent to a 1.5 mega bomb. If I were to buy this fantastic facility, would I be safe in there if she was to have one of her 'little rants' because I wouldn't answer the door? Many thanks. Mart.

A: 1.5 megatons requires her to be 5000 feet away. Any closer and you would be in danger. So hey, put an electric fence in to keep her back!

HAHAHA I loved that question too.
I think I'm gonna go shave my head, create a miniaturized clone of myself, and ask the government for 1 hundred kazillion dollars now.

if I had the 750,000 dollars, I'd probably buy something else, but this would be high on my list of things if I ever got the money again a second time! haha
