Anybody watch "the office" season finale on NBC last night? My DVR might have cut the end off - and was wondering if I missed anything. {stop reading now if you don't know what happens} Right at the end, Jim walked in and saw Pam on the phone, kissed her - then my recording ended. Did anything happen after that, or is that the season finale cliffhanger? The internet isn't helping me out on this one. Thanks.

I can't stand the american version of the office. The humor is so subpar compared to the original series. I didnt catch that episode though.

^^OK, thanks. I wasn't sure if the DVR got it all, since it said the recording was 39 minutes. Steve Carell rules.

if you havent seen the british version (original version) then you wont understand why its better. It puts the american version to shame and after seeing it for 3 episodes I was very sad to see a great series ruined by americanizing it. Ricky Gervais pwnz Steve Carrell

Carell rules. I love how he can be different in every role he plays, from the office, to Anchorman, to 40-year-old virgin.

I love the office (NBC), have been watching it from the start (downloaded all eps of course) ;)
I haven't had the time to see the last episode, but if you want to know what happened, there are some good TV and fan sites out there.
I'm not googling for you, but www.tv.com should be able to tell you what happened if it hasn't been spoken about yet.

It's going to be called "evan almighty" since his name in the first one was evan backstabber, bastard, er baxter). He has to build an ark.

"Free love on the free love highway"

The BBC one is way better than the one on NBC.

DVR= Digital Video Recorder. Like TiVo, but not the TiVo name brand. Comes with my Comcast Digital Cable Box. DVR is the term cable/satellite companies use for their TiVo-like services.

LOL have you seen the special edition dvd? I just recently picked it up and its so funny. Puts sort of an ending to the series that they didnt do in season 2.

I don't know, my friend had the DVDs, I don't know if it was the special edition or not.

Half the time it's extremely funny, the other half it's just ok, but that's how I feel about most British humor.
