EXD Announces Trader Ratings!

So, people have been asking me about this for a long time, so I figured I'd do it or you might impeach me or something like that.

Basically we'll use Trader Ratings in place of the Seller(Buyer) Feedback forum for individuals on the forums. We'll still use the Seller Feedback forum for companies and vendors.

It's pretty simple to use. Simply click on Trader Ratings (http://www.elantraxd.com/forums/traderratings.php) in the Navbar and then search for the member you had a transaction with. When their name comes up you can click on the number between the parenthesis and you'll see their "trader rating." Click on the "Submit Feedback..." link and answer the couple questions and there you have it.

It couldn't be easier I don't think.

To get it started feel free to leave some feedback for an individual that you have done business with in the past couple months (don't post stuff that happened last year, etc). I did a sample one for Vampyrate as we made a transaction on Saturday.

i like the idea, but it being above everyones post is annoying. maybe if it was under the avatar title or something and not splitting the posts up

Yeah, the "postbit" is all uglyafied now. I'll work on fixing it or making it look cleaner at least.

I think I might make it only visible in the Marketplace/GB forums too, especially if I can't make it look cleaner.

just put it as a section on the navbar. we have this on columbus racing and you just click "trader rating" and go to the name

on the same note, deleting 90% of the names of people who dont post would make getting to peoples names much easier

I think the "Trader Rating" Text should be replaced with a name ranking system depending on the amount of Pos feedback that person has.

Use the trader ratings, they prevent fraud within the forum and help to establish a good reputation for a good seller and vice versa. Abuse of trader ratings is grounds for a ban

Infared... yeah, I guess I should post rules. It's common sense though, don't leave bad feedback just because you don't like someone and don't leave good feedback for people you like just because you like them.

I'd hope everyone hear could be honest with it.
