Avital Diablo 2

I'm a college sutdent looking for a good inexpensive security system. I am not really looking for a remote start. I ran across the Avital Diablo 2 and am wondering what you guys think. :headshake

you're going to get what you pay for ... if you want a alarm system get something that will work ... good and inexpensive usually dont go together. I know that didn't answer your question but if you have something that means something to you and you want to protect it, dont take the easy way out. getting one of those installed isn't cheap on labor either.

I havent ever talked to anyone who has had good luck with avatal. Go with an alarm made by DEI (viper, clifford)

As for others recommended, two are recommended above. I also like Ungo made by Clarion.

Yes you can install it yourself and it is not hard at all. The color codes are somewhere here on the forum. If you can't find them, I have them in a word document I can email you.
