? about kspec

im not sure where to actually put this, but anyway!?
i know others here have ordered parts thru kspec before and i searched up on it and heard they have good customer service, anyway, i ordered some parts on may 21 and still havent recived them. two emails with no response yet. at the same time i ordered parts from dreamka4u, also. i recieved those over a week ago.
does it normally take this long to get stuff through them? or am i just haveing some bad luck?

Maybe they're out of stock, which if that was the case, I think they should at least send you an email to let you know. How long ago did you send the email? With many companies, they usually respond within a 48 hour time period.

I've ordered from Kspec before and considering it was being mailed from Korea, the item arrived fairly quickly.

I have only dealt with Dreaka4u, which was very fast with delivery and any questions were answered the next day

I ordered stuff from them and it has always came to me in less than a week.

And, be sure that their emails aren't getting filtered by your mail system.
