sounds like the rim/tire is either bent or out of balance, if not at the very least the alignment seriously jacked.

i hit a pothole with my 03 gt right after i got it bent the rim, wrecked a tire, bent the steering knuckle, wrecked the tie rod end and i wasn't even going fast just hit it wrong and it was a deep sink/pot hole. had to go through insurance and went for about 6 weeks waiting for the parts to come all the way from korea... i was tempted to send an extra bowl of rice over just to get them to hurry it up a bit...

Um...
This is a thread that someone started because they had a question about hitting a pothole. If you want your question answered, don't hijack someone elses thread, start a new one dedicated to your question...

check your alignment and to see if your wheels are unbalanced. you better hope you didn't bend anything!

The chances are that the wheel is bend, happen to me last year, but I took pictures of the pot hole and the bented wheel and the city refund me the wheel cost (it was a 25$ black winter wheel anyway! :P) Plus I was fortunate, the alignment was ok...
