The first change was from the pale green to blue, done at I think the 2nd Pittsburgh meet. Well they looked AWESOME for a while...untill something happend. Some how the bulbs had I guess faded, and the gauges turned into blue, white, green, and other not cool colors.

Well, after seeing Sistum ID's adventure with nail polish I figured i'd try. I grabbed a bottle of purple nail polish off my friend, and went to it. Well. It worked.

Just not the color I wanted. And now with them on I can smell the stuff cooking off them, so back in go the blue lightbulbs. :( All I want is purple guages, is that so hard to ask for? :( :(

Heres the culprit:

And here's the result, beautiful PUMPKIN ORANGE!

can you just do a gt guage swap, and somehow get the odometer adjusted? Not sure if this has been brought up.

^^^ A VERY, VERY, VERY long time ago that was brought up, but I don't think it's been discussed in a few YEARS. So, as a refresher for those who might not have been around long, long ago, the GT gauge cluster has different harness plugs in the back of it than the non-GT cluster. Which means it's not just plug and play. Check out the archives for more information.
