Engine Swap

I currently own a 02 XD, but i have been looking to get an accent for fun. I have seen and passed by a couple sonata, tib, and elantra engines. The accent only has a 1.5L, is it possible to push the elantras 2.0L or even try for a V6? Has anyone done it successfully? I would be really interested to do this, plus do various performance mods, hopefully be able to push 250HP or more??? Or is this just a crazy idea?

There were two Beta Accents at the HITH meet this weekend. It's a pretty easy swap and I can tell you first hand that they are fast.
