This is what happened tonight at my military school (Maritime College, NY). Taking summer classes, and my friend Vince fell asleep way too early. I think some alcohol may have been involved in this plan. Sorry if the pics are blury!
This is the team that made it all possible (im the first one on the left)

it came in stages... first the cones came, then the fence, then someone found the poles, after we took pics standing around laughing for a while we had the TP idea... all and all we were out there for about an hour or so hangin out takin pics. The caution tape was a good find... thats the icing on the cake i think!

be careful with shrink wrap (the industrial stuff you are referring to), they are designed to shrink the product around which you are putting it, so it would put tons of stress onto the body of the car which might bump the exteriror panels towards the inside, which could also cause major damage.

he drives a 93 toyota tercel ****box to and from work. if it got damaged, it would probably add value to the car

One time we just wrapped this girl's car in saran wrap. We only did her doors though, under the car + over the roof. We did about 25 or so passes and I forget how many rolls, but when she came out to her car she was a little confused as to why her door handle was, well... the way it was.
