hey everyone, just bought this car this morning. picking it up tuesday.

Its my first car, so im fairly excited. Just wondering as i failed to ask the dealer. in the pic of the interior, just next to the hazard light button, theres a slot, and it says insert card. umm yeah well whats that all about? sorry if i sound like a fool, i really dont know much about cars at all.
