battery and alternator

i got a question for you guys. i have underbody neons, three 12" neons in the interior of my car, two 12" neons in my grill, LED washer lights, LED license plate bolts, and i always blare my music. i was wondering is there anyway that i could keep so much strain off of my battery and alternator?

Do you have a capacitor for your system? How big is your amp? id go with the capacitor and if you have to upgrade the battery and alternator ,,just my opinion!
