Installing New Glow Gauges

I am buying these reverse glow gauges off of eBay. How hard is the install? It doesn't come with install instructions and I'm worried I'll make a mess. Has anyone done this?

Just make sure you don't pop your needles off. Sometimes they don't want to sit flat against the stock faces so you may have take small slivers of double sided tape and strategically place it under the new faces to keep it flat.

I took my needles off when i did mine. It made it alot easier. You'll just ghave to re-calibrate them when you put them back on.
