I know none of you believe me - but here's the trick!

Look at the top of a woman's breast - where they meet towards the top of the sternum

If they are parallel or come together at this top point, you can be 99% sure they are real.
If they go apart (V shape), you can be 95% sure they are fake.

For those that go apart (V shape) but are real, you can tell because the breasts are not round and they hang.
Implants are like waterbaloons - you cannot shape them, they take on their own shape (round) and when properly installed, they do not hang like pre-granny boobs.

Also for the ones that are hard to tell, look at the side of the woman's breast. If there is no fatty skin between the breast and her side (ribcage), they are fake. (note - the girl in the yellow bikini had lipo, so she is hard to tell)

I've squeezed and looked at enough breasts to know what real ones look and feel like and what fake ones look and feel like. Experience is the real key here. :)

not always true, they have started putting implants in just the bottom half of the boobies so to not leave a visible line, or a boobie that looks like a fresh egg yolk in a frying pan.

Placement helps when making them look real, but IMO they will always look fake to me since they do not attach to the inner skin.

If they could find a good way to expand existing fatty tissues without complications - those would be perfect. Controlled breast tumors would be great implants. :jerkit:
