emmm problem

ok so I hawe a problem
my mom drowe the car yesturday and left the air condition on (fan speed 1)
today I start the car and hear somwhere behined the dash a noise sunding like if the fan was hiting something....
anyone know (or had) this problem?
anyone know how to solve it or find the fan?

It could be a leaf stuck in the fan, I had the problem before.

Don't know, sorry, it got fixed under warranty :( But it has something to do with not having the cabin filter, and noise was coming from the passenger side fan, which makes me guess that it's easily accessible by removing the glovebox perhaps?

Yes, you have to remove the glove box (two screws are hidden under the dash trim panel that faces the door), and behind that is the cabin air filter spot (whether or not the CAF is in there, the access door is there).

Here is the DIY for cabin filter replacement and you can see the fan housing underneath the filter. It shows another way to remove the glovebox cover. I have done it several times and it is easy to do.

problem has been solved
thanx exsailor I used the DIY to remove the glove box (I hawe no air filtere there they say that in Croatian market that filter is not serial when you buy the car?) and found a pice of leaf stuck...
that was what made the noise...

oh god. I hit a bird about a month ago and I'm wondering if pieces of him are near there because for the first 2wks a RANK smell would come out of the a/c as it would start running. god now i'm scared.
