lol maybe i should fix it huh? yeh fixing it is definatly priority right now but its a *****!!! the block is actually stripped where the coolant line going to the turbo screws into the block. so pretty much i am thinking i have to get it bare block and then have my buddy re tap and re thread. but i have a hks metel headgasket thats been sitting for sometime now and this is the perfect opportunity to put that to good use.

The first thing I would do is fix it also. What's the point of having a nice looking car if you can't even drive it? After it's fixed, you need a good tint job. There's too much glass right now and dark tint would go really well with that black car. Plus it'll sorta go with your smoked tail lights.

it says Japan but they are no Chinese Characters for Japanese ppl
those are Chinese characters FOR Chinese. Japanese can't read them.

jeff - for tint, call this guy. his name is yousef. he did my elantra for $150 for 23% all around (westerville police informed me it came to 18%...damn factory tint)

374.1065. he is down by 70/hamilton rd. go 70w to hamilton, go south towards eastland mall, turn left at citgo (groves rd) and hes down about 1/2 mile on the right, long brown building w/ about 40 units. hes on the left side (looking @ biz from groves) like 2 spots down. he'll hook you up. good work, lifetime warranty

eh i duno if i want to get a tint. i already get hassled enough as is and i dont think having my windows tinted is going to help and i see nothing really benificial about it....but it would look pretty good tho. as for the sticker im chinese and i know what it says lol but its my cousins shop in taiwan that sells rare high end japan performance parts. not trying to be "jdm" just suporting the family. (i went to china for a buisness trip in may and stopped by taiwan while i was there)

being that you still live in gahanna, i wouldnt worry about it. i drive through every day (before my engine blew) and no problems w/ 18%. it just sucks that westerville busted me. you dont have to go too dark, but some would look good

Pull out that turbo 6 ans install a 7.0L LS7 V8? that's my opinion.

Sorry, I don't follow the ricer lingo on motors. I've picked up k20 and k24 only because I have to deal with them daily. The B18acgropadi1jkiliom.a3 stuff is past me.

im sure at 26mpg on the freeway that car is using about 60hp. you pull all 505 horses out that engine, believe youre going into the single digit mpg's

theres no plans in ever exceeding 350hp ...EVER lol with that kind of hp talk about crazy turbo lag and as far a v8 that would throw off the balance of the car totally. this is a track car...not a 1/4 mile car. my suspension is tuned perfectly for that car for that engine. an dont even get me started about gas prices ...jesus lol. the motor in the car now is mildly modded and im getting 270hp on top of that its a 2dr hatch. that = light as hell. i see no more engine mods in the future unless something blows then its time to upgrade.

cam gear install went bad, jumped time, holes in pistons in cyl 1, 2, 4, and compression test showed 0-0-45-0 then 0-0-60-0

just went and ordered my new motor today at lunch, 26k miles, 371.88 shipped to blacklick, and a guy on CR over at byers dublin is swapping it out for 300$
