Gauges cluster ...

Hi all, I know it's an XD forum and that J2 are a minority here but I'm looking for a J2 gauge cluster that have the RPM ... do someone know where I could find that ???

At the junkyard I checked they only had J2 without the RPM :(

I thought of addapting the RD gauges to fit my cluster but I'm not sure if I really want to go that way!

Do you know if any of the Canadian J2's had guages with tachometers in them? If so a switch should be easy. If not you could use a gauge cluster from an American one, but then, you'd be missing the Metric speedo.

yeah, some J2 had that option available, but how many took it ? I really don't know, I found phone numbers to local junkyard, when I'll have time I'll call them to see in I can find one, else I know there has J2 with tach in Korea, I'll check there if I can't find one locally (don't wanna lost the km/h :tongue: )

And I would go with the Marine Blue gauges (http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=74&ai_id=805) ... the Maxtrim is cool but WAY too pricy!!!

I've owned 2 J2s and the only ones with tachs were the 5 speed models. AutoMatics (I had GLS versions) did not have tachs.

Yeah but seems that here, the tach was an option, one friend had a 98 5 spd Elantra and no tach, same with the one at the junkyard I went, 2 5spd but no tach! :*(
