It has been known for some time that they suck & are TERRIBLE. Never, ever, ever, ever, buy anything from them.

I am amazed that they can stay in business. Ever since I got my GT in 2002 everyone said stay away... It looks like a good site, they look like they have a good policy. what gives. We have seen other companies come & go with bad service, I don't understand these people, the could have a gold mine with thier business. EWhy go in business if you are going to screw people. Or be stupid.. that my .02 worth on this issue. I eventually got the parts I wanted that were listed on their site. It's a real shame.
