Rear Quarter Panel Glass Elantra GT 5 door.

Any tips of advice on getting the rear glass in the quarter pannel ( Behind the rear door ) out with out destroying the moulding ?

The shop manual doesn't even tell you how, so WebTech (www.hmaservice.com) probably doesn't say either. I'm guessing the pro's would know best.
