How do I add trans fluid to my auto transmission?

My car has been shifting a bit weird (shift flare, weird shifting, etc) since I went to have it flushed 2 weeks ago. I went out today to check the fluid, and it is below the hot area on the dipstick (just at the bend before the first hot line.) I went to a KIA dealership, and got some auto trans fluid. How would I go about topping the trans off? (Put it in the dip stick?)

REmove dipstick. Pour down the dipstick tube. Replace dipstick.

Just out of curiosity, where did you have the tranny flushed? Was it too much of a hassle to just go back there and have them add fluid? I hope the proper fluid was used in the flush.
