The whole MVC for CT.

I beleive the rules should be somewhere in here:
http://www.cga.ct.gov/2005/pub/Chap246.htm

I beleive the specific thing you're looking for is this, Sec. 14-96p, part d:
(d) Use of lights except as authorized by this section shall be an infraction.

Which means if the MVC doesn't specifically say it's legal, then it is illegal. That's the same way it's written here in Illinois too. If the code doesn't specifically say you can have it - you can't have it.

To be honest, I don't wanna come off as an *** or a hater, but underglow is pretty gay. I mean, it's so Fast and Furious... which is gay.

people like what they like.. i mean if every one liked what you liked then how would you feel about having 20 thousand cars that look identicle to yours? i support the idea go for the underglow, just take pics. :D here in WA its legal as long as your parked. you cannot be moving with it on

It's cool if he wants to do it, I was just commenting on _underglow_ in general, not his choice to use it. Sorry if I offended.

i was never a fan until i went to car shows with my buddy who has them. we'd park next to eachother and it just brings out apperance at night. lets some light shine through your wheels. i like the way it looks now. driving with it is kinda lame.

I like em, used to think they were rice but now i just think they are neat addons. in pa they can only be on when you are not in motion. if your in motion you can get ticketed for it, no idea what the ticket is actually written up as though.. apparently they can pull you over for sub volume after 10pm sun-thu and after 12am fri-sat. no idea what the db is though..

They're techinically illegal everywhere, I think. But I've never been pulled over for them before. One of those things that cops don't really care about unless they want to be dicks.

My friend did get puller over because he had those lame *** nozzle lights on his hood, and they said you han't have red, green, or blue because those are emergency vehicle colors, and only volunteer police, fire, or EMT can have them on their car.

Here in Miami it's ricey. But just follow the guidelines as told by the members here. Don't drive with them on. If you are parked somewhere then turn em on.
