IMO that exhaust will look nasty on an elantra, its to big of a tip and we dont have the bumpers to really make most exhausts look good anyway.

Get a Dynomax muffler. Nice throaty rumble, and doesn't cost too much.

Going cold air first is my personal recommendation, than adding your exhaust.

its not necessarily BAD, but that does not mean it is good either. Ebay is the proof of the saying you get what you pay for.

Also, any exhaust that says it fits Tiburon, Elantra or accent altogether is most likely lying. The piece you get may need some fabrication work to fit your car properly.

yeah i know what your talkin about, and as for ebay being "bad" hell there are tons of decent ebay parts out there.. but well, theres **** ones to.. but buying anything you are unfamiliar with is a gamble whether its from ebay or not i guess.. As for it fitting the elantra.. im sure it fits an elantra the same way that it fits just about any car when you custom fit it on hehe.. i could be wrong, but from the one i saw on ebay it was a universal muffler, basically meaning it can be made to fit anything but will require some modification to get a good fit.

i duno some people think its looks too ghetto, but i think it looks cool, and the price is pretty good. like mentioned above not sure about the mounting situation... you could ask around and see if anyone else has really large tip mufflers+

Yeah, custom fabrication FTW!!! With an Elantra, almost EVERYTHING has to be custom. I'm personally not a fan of any muffler big enough to insert my fist into, but if it makes you happy, do it.

that intake will not fit on your car.

you need to get a 94-97 honda accord 4 cyl cold air intake. That will fit on your car. There should be a how to sticky somewhere in naturally aspirated.

If your thinking about the EVOfusion exhaust (if not ignore this then) its sounds great but is a little to long, it sticks out way past the muffler, I had to get my local muffler shop to do some fabrication to make it look good which cost me like $70, but I love the sound.

Cold air intake will make a much larger gain than short ram...throttle response will be slightly inhibited BUT you will always be getting good cold air, whereas with short ram the second the engine heatsa up it becomes as worthless as a stock intake box
