EDIT:
The site is now available to order kits if anyone wants them, plus there are some options as well, and I added the ability to go with a smaller intercooler as well if you want.

Ok got some pics of the intercooler kits (yes I powdercoated them):

ORIGINAL POST:
Hello,
I have recently been making various intercooler setups for different cars and was going to produce a couple different setups for elantras. I was mostly seeing if there is any interest in these or suggestions. Mostly on my spare time I am building stuff, so thought it would be a good idea!
Anyways first I was wanting to produce 2 different kinds of intercooler kits.
First kit was going to be a front mount intercooler kit which comes with the following:
• 2.00" mandrel bent 6061 aluminum charge pipes
• 11x Hose Clamps
• 3x 2.00" coupler - 4ply silicone
• 2x 2.00" to 3" reducer - 4ply silicone
• (24.5 X 12 X 3) Intercooler with 3 inch inlet/outlet (same as mine)
• All mounting brackets and bolts for intercooler
A little extra for a BOV flange welded on to the charge pipes.
A little extra for pipes to be powder coated (so far have black, chrome, anodized red, and clear coat)
Also can make out of aluminized steel to decrease the cost a bit. Basically an intercooler setup made out of aluminum compared to steel decreases the weight of the entire setup by around 25 pounds.
What I listed above I would sell for $900 plus shipping.
Application consists of an upgrade from alpines setup, or if you are doing a DIY turbo setup the intercooler kit would fit as well. All that is required for installation is to grind holes in the metal that is on the left and right of the radiator large enough for the charge pipes to pass through, pull out the stock overflow tank and just go to checkers and buy an overflow tank (I can give you the part number and stuff if needed, plus its only like 5 bucks) and install that in the area infront of the passenger side strut tower. The only other step is to cut the hood support bracket that is infront of the radiator so that the intercooler fits underneith it, then the intercooler bracket will bolt onto that, then drill 2x holes underneith on the lip and bolt the bottom of the intercooler down. This way the intercooler will be properly mounted as well as giving the same hood support. If you have ABS brakes that don't allow you to mount an overflow tank there, there are several other locations to mount one. Basically this is a similar setup to the one I made for my car, and can support a decent amount of power.
Second Kit was going to be a side mount intercooler setup, which would consist of the following:
• 2.00" mandrel bent 6061 aluminum charge pipes
• Hose Clamps
• 4ply silicone couplers/reducers
• Sidemount intercooler (mounts in fenderwell)
• All mounting brackets and bolts for intercooler
The main benifit with this setup is that you don't have to modify as much stuff on your vehicle to install the setup, it is a more bolt on kit. The downside is that you could no longer have a cold air intake in that location, but I can produce a intake that can be used with this setup as well if needed.
This side mount intercooler setup would also go for $900 plus shipping.
The same things apply, such as being made of aluminized steel, powdercoating, and BOV flanges being welded.
Application consists of an upgrade from alpines setup, or if you are doing a DIY turbo setup the intercooler kit would fit as well.
Also these intercooler kits were intended on mounting to an elbo which basically leads to the TB, I was going to produce an elbo, or a 5th injector elbo as well for people who are doing there own turbo setup, and not upgrading from a different setup.
So was basically seeing what you all thought of this, and if there is any interests in these types of intercooler kits, because there aren't too many options out there so trying to add in some more, and to keep myself busy as well :D I will also put these up on my website w/ pics and installation steps as products so you could buy there.
