I had that bar lying around and I always wanted to do something with it. Had some free time tonight after work, so I decided I wanted some quality rice for my car, lol.

Free mod! Yay! Also, I switched it underhood for now, so if I really want to turn it on to show it off one night i just pop it and flip the switch. If I end up liking this mod (beta testing right now, lol), I might just stick with it and then i'll put it on a dead switch in the dash.

I've got a blue neon behind my bumper in the same area (of course, I don't have an intercooler to show off). I turn it on maybe once a year. That's mainly just to see if it works.

when its functional, and doesnt look like a 3 year old elmer-glued it on, its not rice



and the mesh i bolted on my air dam has caught some rocks that get flung up by those construction trucks on the highway that otherwise might have punctured the $500 AC Condenser sitting in front of the radiator

I am cutting it out in the core region (will do this probably today), and adding FLAT BLACK mesh (read:not as rice as you think), to protect the IC, I already have bent fins since these couple of months, and I'm not like those careless people who just like to show off their ICs and invite rocks and bugs to get inside of it.
