Where is this drain cock on a 02 Elantra ?... .. jack the car up a lil i still don't see no drain cock..

There's a joke to be made here but I'll pass. Are you looking to drain the radiator, the oil, or perhpas the transmission?

It's not on the very bottom of the radiator. You'll need to look on the driver's side of the car, between the radiator and engine ( in other words, it's "inside" the engine bay.)

There a black cap with a line running along it to use your thumb and fore finger on. You twist this off. It's about an inch wide. You can't miss it.
