That fit correctly? Not much. You can usually find the Canadian kit on ebay for around $79 for the lights/switch/harness and relay.

I'm assuming you have a GLS. If so, Hyundai. That's it. Getting the OEM lights from Kspec is the best option. I've got some round Hella Optilux fog lights on my '02 GLS, but they required a lot of fabrication to make brackets to fit the car.

Best thing is to spend the $90 to get the lights, and mount them the right way.

This is the guy that sells them in Canada on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HYUNDAI-ELANTRA-FOG-LIGHT-SET-2004-06-OEM-NEW_W0QQitemZ160046733910QQihZ006QQcategoryZ33709Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) (that sale is for 04-06 model only). I know someone who bought from them and they were satisfied. If you contact him, he may be able to hook you up with 01-03 fogs.

If not, try kspec.

I got my fogs from Blinglights... they don't fit exactly since their circle as opposed to oval, and my friend and I probably didn't mount them in the best way, but we did use the brackets it came with (though we had to bend them a little bit to get the lights in there with the brackets on). Y'can see how they look in there in my profile thread http://www.elantraxd.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18748

4" Round lights will fit, but as hyunelan2 said, you will have to Fabricate Custom brackets. I've done it for both my car and my Father-in-laws Santa Fe. Not too hard, I used Muffler strap because it's flexible and has pre-built holes.

If you can find it, try XG's oem foglights. (don't know specific year.. sorry.)
Same dimension but supports 55W! (XD 01-03's oem supports about half.)
I think XG uses H1 while XD uses 881(or 883?... sorry. i don't remember exactly..)
