I will be making the reservations for 6pm to give everyone time to get there- Please be on time!


If it is NOT raining then we will be sitting in the dining area outdoors since this is the largest area. They do have outdoor heaters but dress warm anyway!

The Elephant Bar restaurant is located off hwy 99 in the Vintage Fair Mall next to Circuit City, the mall can be seen from the freeway.

I'm not sure where we will be parking yet, if the lot is too full at the restaurant, then we will most likely be parking in the lot across from Circuit City on the Sears side.....look for the Hyundais.

Please try to be at the Elephant Bar by 5pm so we can take pictures before it gets too dark.

We will probably be parking in the lot across from Circuit City near the road....it's in between Circuit City and Sears.....just look for the Hyundais...

If you are going to be late or are lost give me a call on my cell ....if you don't have it email me for it.

Also if you are late we will be sitting at the outside patio (if it doesn't rain) ...you can't miss us....just look for a large group of loud people hahahahaha!

If anybody from the Bay Area would like to meet up with Reuel and the others I believe they will be meeting at the Park & Ride at 680 and Mission Blvd......it takes about 1 hr and 17min to Modesto so I would say 3:30ish?

you can kinda tell it was a hyundai meet with the fact that there were no engine bay pics...

What do you mean kinda? I don't think anybody else besides myself has any engine mods so that is probably why they didn't open their hoods....and does it really matter? We had 1 first gen, 1 Tuscon and 1 accent. And if the Elantra people and others would show up once in awhile it wouldn't always look like a tib meet! :(

Just means the average hyundai owner is more into the aesthetics of the car than anything else. Don't get me wrong I think the Tuscon is a sexy beast, but its all show and no go. I guess a sexy kity?

Well some of us do have quite a few engine mods, including myself......but not everyone showed for the meet and besides it was really too dark. If you want more engine pics I'll get them at our next meet (Toy Drive). Some members are into racing, in fact we had one guy there recruiting who also has Street Trenz backing him, some members are into car shows and others are not. We do have one member that was there..minus his Tib because it's in the shop having a turbo installed, and another member who showed up that had his stage 3 and S/C parts in his trunk and getting ready to have his installed also.

But as far as our club goes, we are an ALL Hyundai club and we don't care if your car is stock or modded, we get together for meets because we all have a common interest, we own hyundais and we have alot of fun doing different things together, BBQ's, Beach meets, Cruises, Mod Days, Dinner, Toy Drives, etc.

The more people start showing up for meets the better we are recognized, and I have worked hard at getting us noticed out there...took a few years but the bigger we grew the more they took notice. We have had sponsors come to our meets, dealerships that want to sponsor meets, we have a Hyundai rep at our side, our club gets invites from show promoters, hyundai flipped the bill for our anniversay meet and also asked us to show our cars at the malls when they had their Promo tours. I personally think that is quite an accompishment. It wasn't easy and it took alot of hard work and persistance to get us where we are. But more importantly we are like a family and we care more about each other than whats under the hood of our cars or outside for that matter.
