put a can of sea foam in it and try to mix it in if you can get the fuel to slosh around...that should help for a while

id change it out just to be on the safe side. the longer it sits the more octane points it is going to drop

there may be a drain plug on the tank, but im not 100% sure. if not, syphon (sp?) as much as you can out and fill up with new fuel

In the future, if the car will be sitting for a while, add fuel stabilizer to it. It's cheap, and available just about anywhere. I think your fuel is probably fine though. I would top-off the other half of the tank with fresh fuel, and drive the car 'easy' through the tank of gas.

Usualy 4-6 months before it starts to "go bad". If is is going to sit much longer, get a gallon of gas and add about 4-6 oz of Sta-bil fuel stablizer to it and pour it into the car and it will be good for up to a year.
First time it is driven fill it up and drive it for an hour or so and you should be good to go. Adding a bottle of Techron at this time would probably be a good idea also.

When in doubt, give it a ligh sniff. If it starts smelling like varnish, it is bad.
