It is done, after all my problems with over sized valves. I got custom valves from si valve in CA. Here is what I had done port intake and exhaust, new custom oversized valves, new ferrea double valve springs,titanium retainers, harden valve locks, and valve spring locators. I started on may 6 and I did`t think it would of taken so long dut now it is finally done. here are a few pictures. and yes it cost me a lot of $$$ but I do not care I will be putting alot more $$$ into my care before it is all done.

Looks outstanding!! How much did u pay for the valves? Do you have the part numbers for the ferrea stuff you bought?

I paid $600 for 20 valves 10 intake and 10 exhaust, I got spares just incase.
ferrea s10094, yes the ones for the tib,put custom shims under spring locators
If you dont mind me asking but how much did the job run you? Just a ballpark,dont have to be very specific ;)

2000 that isnt really all that bad when you think about it, hes got a complete custom head setup now. Do you have any flow nymbers over stock?

looking good, what is your build plan now? I dont imagine you would stay NA with a built head, that seems almost redundant. Congrats on the end of a long project though!

slow, i did see a zex NUM (nitrous management unit) on the firewall :D
nice man, titanium anything is worth its weight in gold. thats my next years tear-down mods, replacing as many fasteners w/titanium hardware. oh, and building up my motor.

Zex is a power adder, the engine is still NA based, unless I see a SC or TC its still NA.

Thank you, I have nitrous for now. but I will eventually put a turbo on it.
I am happy that some one might be able to reprogram the ecu soon.
I was very depressed after my nephew CJ passed away, But after some time I learned to live with it, and got my motivation back for my car. so I hope to do great things to my XD in the future.

^^^ I`ll help you out with your car any time. I`m going to try to get to the exhaust shop next week for a price. I`ll let you and Pete know how much. maybe we can go for group deal. ordered my rims and tires today.hope to have them on by the weekend. when Pete get his rims on we will have to have a F.A.R.T meet. lol
