View Full Version : Burned by a Pickup
Coming home last night I got next to a Toyota pickup at a light, and he handed me my doors. Man, I wanna rip this 4 banger out and drop in a damn 350. How embarrassing.

That toyota probably had a V-8, and if it's the i-force, you shouldn't feel too bad. Those things are strong.

Or TRD makes superchargers for some of the trucks as well

those things were never uber hot rods. With a really bad drive it is more than possible. Remeber they never got anything bigger than a v6 factory in them.

It very well could have had the TRD supercharger on it. A friend of mine's dad works for Toyota, and gets to test a lot of the TRD superchargers, and they do work quite well.

If its the i-force v-8 you don't even need the supercharger to 0wn the elantra ;). My dad has a tundra with the i force v-8 and that thing kills me in :)

I went up against an I-Force Tundra in my S10 Blazer (4.3 V6 Vortec), and I lost so I wouldn't expect anything different than if I tried it with an Elantra.
