Well, since I needed to change the brake pads this weekend I decided to paint the calipers!! What do you guys think?

Nice...looks good....I just did that to mine last weekend when I did my brakes...but I did mine black. I am beginning to think I should have painted them red :redface:

After I finished it I wasn't sure if I liked it or not. It's slowly starting to grow on me though. I tried to do the Hyundai lettering but couldn't get it straight so threw that out. Thanks for the complement!

Looks great with those rims.... Mine are red as well. What size are those rims?

good job, what kit did you use? spray or brush on?

17" rims. I used the brush kit. I was very pleased with the paint. I made a couple of mistakes and went back to fix them and it still dried evenly.

Very nice. I've never liked painted calipers really, but it looks like you did a quality job.

Yea, those look good. The kid that owned the car first painted the calipers/drums blue, and thier looking really ****ty now so im probably ganna do them black.

And winter here so far is just been BALLS *** COLD! No snow, yet... :( :)

as much as i love snow, cold air + dry roads = NICE pulls. i filled up friday and im down a lil over 1/3 tank with 75 miles, and i usually get about 260 before i fill up...needless to say, there have been quite a few redline pulls in gears 1-3 :) (10 gallons when the light comes on, tank is 13.2)

i really like it :)

works really well with the rims as well - which are also really sweet!

tho a suggestion if i may - the brakes look waaaaaaaay too small under them rims... ya got extra brake disk space in there - why not use it?

still looks great tho :)

When you say it out loud it make sense........j/k ;) Yeah one pic was on the left wheel but all are rolling in the right direction!
