yeah thats the same.
Also,
Its going to fit alittle looser in the tray than the stock battery, but the red top will come with a new clamp to fit it down with. Once you attach that, your battery wont move...

Keep an eye on that battery. Die Hard batteries are not what they use to be. They are crap and I think you paid just as much as what the Optima costs, right?

No the optima was 159.99 2 yr warranty the diehard gold was $125 installed and has a 10 year warranty plus it weighs alot less, when I go FI or S/C then i'll go kewlkats route.

Optima Red-Top for me, screw the others. I already have 1 Red-Top in the trunk so a matched pair is ideal.

Awesome!
Red top is the way to go just because of the fact that you can put it inside no problem, it's already worth the extra 50$!!!

You should of just bought the red anyways ;)! We have a yellow top optima battery in the accent, It wasn't suppose to fit in the accent but the husband adjusted it so it would.
What is the difference between the red & yellow?

Yellow tops are better for high drain applications, such as car audio. Red-Tops are proffered for constant drain applications where they will not be totally drained, or "deep cycled".
Basically, Red-Top - Front battery = Main battery for starting the vehicle. Yellow-Top - Extra Battery = Accessories and stereo.

Nahhhh I have the yellow top in my car, only battery, no problems. Winters with -50C aswell, it has 600 CCA.

If you go to Optima's website they state that the Red-Top is recommended for standard vehicle use as SLA (Starter, Lights, Accessories) battery, where as the Yellow-Top is recommended for deep-cycle, heavy drain applications. Now I'm not saying you can't use them for the other application, it's just that lifespan and functionality may suffer.

i think im going to replace the battery in the integra soon...it seems like it takes an abnormally long amount of time to get it to turn over...im hopefully gonna get a redtop and a nice set of ground wires

I have two 1100w amps, as well as 75wx4 and 50wx4 4 channels. Ret-Top is the way I went.
^ might i ask why you have 2 high wattage amps and 2 four channels? are you running 8 interior speakers and 2 or 4 subs?
either way, optima batteries rock and they fit well.. but they do make more then one model of optima red and yellow, they may be a size that does not fit well depending

I am running a single 12" Mmephis SHP in a vented enclosure. Right now I have the 1100w monoblocks hooked up @ 2ohm so they are only pushing 600w each right now, one to each voice coil of the sub. I have another SHP, and am currently designing and fabricating a custom isobaric enclosure for both woofers, and will be firing 1100w to each one @ 1ohm.
As for the two 4 channel amps, My Pioneer DEH-P860MP is setup in Network Mode, meaning instead of front, rear, sub, I have high, mid, and low outputs from my deck. I have a 50x4 running my highs, 1" Memphis silk dome tweeters from my two component sets, one in front and one in the rear. I then have a 75x4 running my mids, 6.5" Memphis carbon fiber midranges from said component sets.
It sound SICK!!!
BTW: I'm drawing 290a through 250a ANL fuse holders and 0awg wire. Talk about pushin it. LMAO!!!
