Getting a evo body Kit off of ebay and but this would be for learning purposes though. I have a friend who is starting to fiberglass and has offered to pay half of the cost plus show me what he know.On top of this his dad can paint it *he paints and air brushes for a living so he knows what he is doing* for about 150 and to me it doesnt seem worth 800 dollars to buy the kit from sharkracing or anyother place because what i have read itstaken close to a year to get the kit and then they still have placement isues my question is what do yall think of it is it worth a shot.

well, you wouldn't end up paying 150 unfortunately, man...He wants a $100 handling fee for local pickup even, and shipping is between $230 and 250! PLUS insurance!

yea I know that its going to be 150 for the kit plus 230 then insurance it 10 so I will spend bout 340 but the dude is paying for half of it so its more like 170 which is really damn cheap if you ask me ;) well its not really bout the kits its more about learning how do do the work to which alone is worth the 170 and I dont like the evo kit either because of those damn foglights but if all goes well maybe i will just swap the front out for a R34 might be cheaper then buying the foglights to

lol yea it might have been well I talked to the dude today and he said to give him a week or two to get the money then we will be buying it wish me luck I will update when I get the kit think while I wait for the kit though I'm going to go get and Evo hood scoop so that way i can put everything on at once and get it painted all at once ;) so I'm not driving around looking like a rice mobile lol

good luck on the project, looks like you're not getting beeman's kit like it says in your sig. Along with the kit make sure you get the fogs with it also it'll look worse w/o them.

well i sent beeman some emails bout his kit but i have got no replys and I plan on swaping the front out for the r34 front but later since it looks better and will probly be cheaper to get cause the kit doesn't come with the lights and from what I have looked up its like 200 well not sure yet I'll worry bout that when I get it ;) *I still want beemans kit though ^^ but I really want to learn how to fiberglass might get both and just use the evo for shows :)

if your trying to learn how to fiberglass, why dont you try on something else? Maybe try to make your own subwoofer box out of fiberglass. That's how I learned :)

lol funny thing were planing on doing that to ^^ already have the layout for it but were waiting till we get all the stuff before we start building it ;) but trust me when I'm finished this car is going to look good
