OK i installed my BROS guages today and took some pics so i could write a DIY for you guys to read
The first couple steps i forgot to take pics for but very straight forward and really no need for pics

Step 1 - Removal of interior trim

To do this you need to remove the ashtray and unscrew the 2 screws behind there along with the 2 screws that are mounted above the dash cluster itself
Once these are removed it is just a matter of firmly but gently pulling on the interior trim until all clips have come loose
Once loose unclip all plugs from back of switches and place aside

Step 2 - Removal of cluster

There are 2 screws to each side of cluster
Remove these screws and the dash will come forward enough for you to get your hand behind and unplug the 3 sockets that clip into cluster
Once these are undone the cluster will come out freely

Step 3 - Removal of top plastics

The plastics that clip onto top of cluster to protect it are in 2 different pieces
These are only clipped onto the cluster and i just used my fingers to pry them loose - not very hard at all
Once you have removed these 2 top pieces you should be left with this

Well with the needles still in place hopefully :D

Step 4 - Prying needles

Before you do this it is imperative you lift the tacho and speedo needles over there stops and let them go down to there neutral position (directly down)
I used a flat head screwdriver and gently pryed me needles off

Step 5 - Remove stops

These are the 4 stops where your needles sit when not in use
To remove these i used set of long nose pliers and pulled them out
Quite a bit of force was neccassary for this step so don't think something wrong if you are doing this install

Step 6 - Remove old faces

The factory uses lil square dobs of sticky glue for extra adhesion on there guages so you will need to gently pry these up with your fingers and work them loose

When you have done this you should have something that looks like this

Step 7 - Install guages, Stops and Needles

Recommended to do in this order to
The guage faces have there own locating lugs and cutouts etc as per factory but the stops will hold it in place so it doesn't move
Once these are in place i removed the clear protective film off the guages and installed the needles
Caution: When installing the needles be sure to place them back at same spot you took them off
e.g The tacho and speedo needles were re-installed facing straight down then i manually placed them on the right side of stops again
Here's what you should have

Step 8 - Re-install plastic covers and install

This is a reversal of Step 1 to 3
Once you have done this sit back and admire your handywork
