Photo Contests

What if we had photo contests each month? It seems like we have a lot talented picture takers. What if we had a contest, every month, where you had to incorporate some element, item, location, into a picture with your elantra?

Examples:

-Elantra w/ city skyline
-Night that look like day pics
-Sunset Elantra
-Elantra and rain
-Color XD in Black and White pic
etc etc

Here`s one I took the other day, dawn a way out west. oOoOooOooo! a Ghost :eek:

Edit: I had to trim it down to fit, it lost some quality.. Boooo.

Open exposure. I set the camera to stay open for, I think it was 8 or 10 seconds, I forget, then set the timer. My camera has either a 3 second or 10 second timer. I set it for 10, and bolted over to the trailer. I think I walked out of the shot before it was finished, or waited a tic then walked in, again I forget which. I had bought a new tripod and gave it a real pizzling on the trip so its a bit of a blurr to remember.. Got some nice dawn and sunset shots.. Also some fairly decent pre dawn and twilight shots.

Fella told me that twilight before the dawn is called ` Picinniny Dawn` by the abo`s, could be bull though. Sounds good to me.
