First Ride In Turbo Xd!!!!!!!!!

Yes the header is correct! I cannot say who it is, but one of our best techs
had me ride along while trying to diagnose. Even though it was an auto, DAMN! :eek: The way it sucks you int othe seat at 20MPH and over is awesome!

I am going to leave it alone at that, don't want to step on toes here, but Kudos to the owner! I know he has had some difficulty but congrats!

I might even be able to give them a better deal than normal on a tib brake upgrade (which is sorely needed!)

Lets see... Bobms is from indiana, and he rode in the car, so that means it's probably in indiana or a state nearby... SOMEBODY CALL COLUMBO! We need some investigative work on tis thread.

Oh, and I agree secrets are Gh3y, but at least he didn't spoil the glory of the turbo XD owner, who has yet to come forward.

Well, the reason I'm not mentioning who is because I am not a "technician" and shouldn't be helping to diagnose. Therefore the ride I took while holding onto the scanner might be constrewed as a "joyride". I don't normally talk about these kinds of actions, but the technician thought my input might be of help. with that out of the way. . . It was an Alpine kit with a few difficulties when it rolled into our shop and it was mounted onto an automatic.

After we checked a couple of things out, found the TPS fried (gee, never seen that before!) and re drove it and found out how cool a turbo XD really is.
I know that there are still a few miner things to fix, but a very nice car overall!

Oh, and the other reason I can't tell you who it is, I don't know if they frequent this board much any more and never knew their user name.

Well you can do something for us... make sure this person knows about EXD and tell them if they don't come here and post we'll hunt them down.

The only person I knew that had/was getting the Alpine kit was Headache Jake, I don't remember where we was from though.
