So here's the deal. This is my first time installing any type of electronics in any car. I bought a Pioneer 4800 and everything went smooth. Wires crimped easily, everything connected no problem, etc. But while putting the fascia back on, for some reason this one spot just won't go in. I think the head unit may be a little too big or something, because just above the head unit are the spots where there is no flexibility when I push it in.

This is driving me nuts! I've been in the garage toying with just getting it all back on for over an hour now.

Any help/suggestions is GREATLY appreciated.

did you make sure headunit is compatable? pull it out again and make sure the vents arent hitting anything. is the headunit screwed into the dash nice and snug?

I also posted this on Elantra Club and already fixed it due to someones reply. I was using the crutchfield install kit. The din and supplied bracket will not fit. Using the stock brackets it works perfect.

Yea usually anything that has an iso mount is compatible without having to buy the "mount kit"
